Laguna is a great reef dive for all levels of divers. The reef protects Bulabog beach by breaking the waves during the Amihan season (northwest monsoon from November to May) in effect creating a lagoon, which is what makes Bulabog the world-famous kiteboarding destination it is today. The top of the reef sits at 10 meters deep, continuing to a depth of 20 meters, and is home to yellow snapper, grouper, stingrays, frogfish, and triggerfish.
Laguna is only accessible during Habagat season (from June to October), when the wind turns offshore, resulting in calmer waters. From Bulabog beach, the dive site is only 10 minutes by boat.
